Gala
Gala is an apple with a bright red color with stripes that range from straw yellow to orange. Its aroma is sweet with slightly acidic notes of cedar wood, chamomile, almond and wild flowers. The taste reminds us something between lime, clover honey, currant and white tea.
Gala apple is soft and crunchy at the same time. Is fresh, with solid pulp and a smooth thin peel. It has a rounded appearance, with flattened ends.
You can add them to salads, either cook them, or either eat them raw. Are also especially suitable for creating sauces.
