Red delicious is an apple, with shades that range from yellow to intense red and subtle stripes. Its aroma is green and fresh but its aromatic complexity recalls the woods. Sweet and sour and aromatic, reminiscent of winter.
Its taste is something between cloves and dog rose berries and jasmine but also a taste of pine tree. Its shape is perfectly formed and elongated, but also with the shape of a water drop. It’s a little grainy and very juicy and with a slightly rough peel.

A nice recipe is to add slices of a RED DELICIOUS apple, to a bowl with Greek yogurt, with some cinnamon and some dried grapes.
