Golden
Golden is an apple, with a uniform intense and bright shiny green color. Its aroma is delicate and reminds the freshness of morning, but with clear hints of thyme and lemongrass.
Golden apple’s taste has a herbal notes taste. It reminds something between lime and mint, but also medlar and matcha tea and gooseberry. It has very thin peel and a naughty light green color. Its size is medium with a good self life and it has a bold character and a slightly acidic taste. Its white pulp is compact and juicy.

You can eat it between your main meals or add it to your breakfast.
A nice recipe is to add slices of a golden apple, with some fresh vegetables and dried fruits.
